Personal Expert Generalist $20-$40 hr

As a Personal Expert, you’ll design realistic, end-to-end personal workflows that today’s best models still struggle with, then grade how agents handle them.

Part-time position Remote

What you’ll do

Partnering with leading AI labs to advance frontier agent evaluations on everyday personal workflows. As a Personal Expert, you’ll design realistic, end-to-end personal workflows that today’s best models still struggle with, then grade how agents handle them. Expect to build scenarios across personal productivity and life admin (email triage, commitment tracking, gift planning, family logistics, photo and file organization), personal finance (transaction categorization, budget reconciliation, spending anomaly detection, tax prep, portfolio tracking), logistics and planning (multi-stop trip planning, travel rebooking, contractor shortlisting, move checklists, household logistics), personal health (medical record organization, pre-appointment briefs, medication tracking, lab result summaries, insurance appeals), consumer research (product shortlisting against constraints, service provider comparison, major purchase research), legal and admin (lease and offer letter review, HOA and small claims responses, document prep, policy comparison, estate organization), and learning and career (resume updates, interview prep, study plans, course summarization). These scenarios will be challenging and take long sessions of focus.

Who we’re looking for

Educated generalist: BA / BS or equivalent, with strong writing and structured reasoning

Comfort with at least three of: personal finance, travel and logistics planning, consumer research, health and insurance paperwork, legal document review, career and learning resources

Strong attention to detail, comfortable following explicit constraints and priorities

Clear written communication; able to articulate reasoning step by step

Drawn to long-horizon, challenging problem sets rather than one-off microtasks
